Our partnership with UI Bank will end on May 31st, 2024. We must close all bank accounts opened through the GIG-A app with UI Bank ( the “UI Bank Accounts”).

The process of closing the UI Bank Accounts has already begun. If you have a UI Bank Account, you should have received a notification email regarding the termination of the banking service. If you haven’t received this notification or have any questions or require assistance regarding your UI Bank Account, please don’t hesitate to contact GIG-A Customer Support team at support@gigabank.jp.
